Magnet will be providing 10-15 volunteers who then receive free entry to the event!

Volunteer duties: Silent Auction

Monitor displayed silent auction items
Encourage guests to bid on items
Assist guests in their bidding through “the Butler” on ClickBid
Ensure guests are registered for the online silent auction; register guests who are not yet registered (the Butler- ClickBid)
Troubleshoot bidding issues with guests using the ClickBid backend/admin portal
After silent auction closes, assist guests in check out process & ensure guests receive the silent auction baskets they won- help make process as efficient as possible

Time Commitment/Requirements:

Silent auction volunteers would need to arrive no later than 6:30pm and would be required to stay until 10:00pm (or until after silent auction has closed and all winners have paid). After that time, volunteers are welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of the event! Training/orientation for silent auction volunteers is REQUIRED prior to the event. This training/orientation would consist of online tutorials through ClickBid as well as a hand’s on orientation/training with Brianna & Caitlin prior to the event. This opportunity may require volunteers to use their own smartphone or tablet to assist with the online bidding.
