Gilda's Club Madison creates a community of free emotional support, cancer education, and hope for children and adults impacted by any kind of cancer and their loved ones. They do that for more than 2,800 men, women and children including those living with cancer, their families and friends.

Gilda's Club hosts a Family Night at their clubhouse each Tuesday night. At 5:30pm, they serve a buffet-style dinner for their members, volunteers and staff before our member support groups break out for meetings throughout the clubhouse at 6pm.

Magnet will be cooking dinner for the Gilda's Club Family Night on Tuesday, July 9th, 2019. Members will plan, provide, prepare dinner, and clean up. The time requirement is 4pm - 7pm. Our group is limited to 8 people, so sign up soon! Special 'chef' skills are not required.

Limit of Volunteers: 8

Other: Please wear closed toe shoes. Please have your hair tied back, or if it is shorter wear a hat. Since this is a an event where there are some people with weaker immune systems. Please do not come if you are sick, or think you are. We do not want to risk the health of the guests.
