At Bitters Boot Camp they’ll get you trained on the ins and outs of this classic craft cocktail while teaching you the traditions behind this iconic “up north” dining experience. You’ll get to enjoy cocktails, traditional supper club snacks and hands-on lessons about bitters.
You’ll get first-hand knowledge about this iconic cocktail by tasting your way through our Old Fashioned Flight, featuring the 4 unique cocktails – the Throwback, Wisconsin, Extra Orange and Gin Old Fashioned. They will be paired with a Relish Tray, Smoked Onion Dip, Cheese Curds and Fish Fry Bites.
You’ll be armed (and dangerous) with bitters know-how. When you head out from Bitters Boot Camp, you’ll be ready to survive the wilds of home mixology. You’ll have drink recipes, first-hand tasting knowledge, bitters that you created, and your go bag!
Bitters Boot Camp can still be enjoyed by those who choose not to drink alcohol. The experience would include the demo, unlimited beverages (water, soda, coffee), the traditional supper club snacks, and the Go Bag.
