For over 60 years locally, and more than 100 years nationally, Big Brothers Big Sisters has been creating life-changing mentoring relationships for young people. Using proven, research-based methods, their team connects children ages 6-18 with caring, trusted adult mentors who meet their unique needs and help them unlock their full potential.

Join us as we help Big Brothers Big Sisters prepare for their annual Dream BIG Gala; during our time volunteering we will help with labeling paddles, organizing name tags, and assisting with other last-minute Gala preparations.

Join us for the kickoff of the MAGNET Book Club, a new monthly networking and discussion group designed for young professionals who love learning, personal growth, and great conversations.

This month's selection is Fan's First by Jesse Cole, founder of the Savannah Bananas. In this engaging business book, Cole shares how putting customers first and creating unforgettable experiences can transform organizations, build loyal fans, and drive long-term success. Through entertaining stories and practical lessons, Fan's First challenges traditional business thinking and encourages leaders to focus on creating remarkable experiences that people can't stop talking about.

Our goal is to make the MAGNET Book Club a standing monthly event. We'll alternate between a business-focused book one month and a fun recreational read the next. Future book selections will be chosen by club vote, giving members the opportunity to help shape the reading list.

We'll gather at The Great Dane Downtown for discussion, networking, and great company. Whether you've read every page or just want to join the conversation, all are welcome.

ImpactLife will also have a table at Pride Paddle where you can learn more about blood donation, ask questions, and register. Their mission is to save lives by providing blood products and services to communities in need and they donate blood products to over 120 hospitals and emergency medical service providers!
